My client wanted to re-brand the pub and restaurant he was taking over, with an aim to communicate a new, more upmarket style for the well-established local pub - healthy, fresh, tasty, good quality food in a family friendly gastro pub atmosphere, to be enjoyed by families and groups of friends alike. He wanted the brand to have a fun, yet sophisticated, personality.
